All members do have the ability to change our prices. If you receive a better offer from
another owner, please let me know. I am willing to match offers. Be aware that all of us are not platinum members
and there is a difference in the benefits that you will receive. Unfortunatly there are also, some members will
tell you anything in order to make a sale. I try my best to be honest and up front about everything. Your rates include the following Platinum VIP benefits:
If you are interested in anything less than a Villa...1-bedroom, 2 bedroom, Junior suite, except for certain times of the year (X-mas, thanksgiving week, 4th of July) there is availability throughtout the year. Villas are difficult to get and require some advance planning..sometimes up to one year in advance. In order to help in some booking problems I've had, I did get some villas set aside for me. I have openings in the following dates: November 21st to December 5th 2009 in a 2 Bedroom Penthouse December 20th to January 2nd 2010 in a Junior Suite February 13th to 20th 2010 in a 2 Bedroom Penthouse March 27th to April 10th 2010 in a Villa May 23rd to 30th 2010 in a Villa June 26th to July 10th 2010 in a Villa August 23rd to August 30th 2010 in a Villa November 20th to 27th 2010 in a Villa December 20th to January 2nd 2011 in a 2 Bedroom Penthouse If you do not see the date you would like....ask! These are
just the units that I have booked under my name...this does not mean there is not more dates available. Be aware
that I will need to book these three month prior to the actual check-in date. Other on-site amenities (some involve extra
