official resort website for more detailed pictures and descriptions. The Blue Lagoon Specialty: Caribbean Food Located directly at the Lifestyle Hacienda Resorts beach and facing Cofresi beach. During daytime, starting at noon, the "Blue Lagoon" opens for light lunches and snacks. Fresh salads, burgers, sandwiches, chicken or the "catch of the day" from the grill are available until 6:00pm. In the evening, the "Blue Lagoon" specializes in food with a Caribbean flair. A varied menu, based on seafood, offers fresh fish and seafood. Casablanca - Buffet Style Restaurant Specialty: International & Theme Buffets Breakfast International buffet style breakfast offers a myriad of different warm choices plus fruits and fresh seasonal juices, cereals and breads. The Chef will also personally prepare your favorite style egg breakfast with your choice of ingredients. Lunch The noon buffet offers a large selection of salads, meats, vegetables and international dishes to choose from. At the pasta corner you can order your pasta of choice with your favorite sauce. Indochine Specialty: Asian Fusion Cuisine In the restaurant "Indochine," they offer Chinese, Japanese and Indian specialties. They offer numerous selections from Sushi, spicy curries and a Chinese pasta-and-rice station where you can personally choose your preferred ingredients for your dish preparation. Rainforest Vitalis Garden Club Buffet Restaurant Specialty: International, Theme Buffet & Health Food Breakfast The International breakfast buffet offers numerous hot and cold specialties, including fresh fruits, and seasonal juices prepared just for you. The Chef will also personnally prepare any style of eggs with your favorite ingredients. Lunch Starting at noon, they offer an lunch buffet which includes a wide variety of salads, meats, and international dishes. The Chefs will cook for you a 1/4 pound hamburger, chicken, fish, meats or your favorite pasta. El Zorro Specialty: Tex - Mex Food Here you can find the famous "Fajita", specially made with strips of beef, pork, chicken or seafood, combined with bell peppers, onions and tomatoes, all cooked on charcoal grill. They also offer a wide variety of "Burritos", specially made with your choice of meat or seafood seasoned with only the best array of Mexican spices and sauces served on wheat-tacos. Bellini - Pizza & Pasta Specialty: Italian Cuisine They offer a wide variety of mouthwatering pizzas and pastas. Italian pizzas are specially prepared just for you right before your eyes, with Pomodoro sauce, and Mozzarella cheese, all combined with the meats and vegetables of your choice. Their homemade pasta is freshly pressed and cut daily, served with traditional Italian sauces and famous cold meats imported from Italy. The VIP GOURMET - Member's Exclusive Specialty: New World Cuisine Lifestyle's members can enjoy this sophisticated a-la-carte restaurant, located at the VIP Court. You may choose to dine "al fresco" at the open-air terrace or at the indoors intimacy. During the day, starting at noon, the VIP Gourmet opens for light lunches and snacks.
